Team Coaching with Dr. Jim
Dr. Jim offers an option for you to join a small team of other dynamic business owners and top leaders in a closed group context (what Dr. Jim likes to call a “Tribe”). Limiting each Tribe to only 7 professionals allows for a dynamic blend of personal advising and transformational team learning.
Tribes offer many significant equipping benefits including:
One (1) monthly Tribe equipping & advising calls (60-90 minutes).

Dr. Jim prescreens all applicants to ensure each Tribe has common experiences, desires and willingness to work as a team. Each Tribe is closed: once launched, no other new member is allowed to join UNLESS current members vote in unanimous agreement.
A new Tribe is tentatively scheduled to launch in Fall 2022.
