Dan brings over 30 years direct experience in both residential and commercial property acquisition, rehabilitation and sales. From stand-alone single family home to multi-family, shopping centers and large commercial buildings, Dan's expertise in centered on how to buy, read and sell formerly distressed properties for large profits.

His experience includes:

• 2,500 residential properties

• 25 commercial properties

• Purchased over 1,000 discount to trust deeds/mortgages

• Managed over 100 rental properties

• Over 100 hard money loans

Dan has also bought over 1000 discounted trust deeds/mortgages, self-funded over 100 residential hard money loans, and has owned and managed over 100 rental properties in his career.

Currently Dan leads Christ Real Estate Investments (CREI), a faith-based firm who's purpose is to "redeem the land" for Christ while rehabbing properties to offer affordable housing to deserving buyers around the globe.
