Ron has over 30 years demonstrated expertise in maximizing both personal and organizational impact through proper positioning.
After earning his BSME from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA at The Wharton School, Ron's early years focused in roles of marketing and management in the music industry within a Fortune 500 firm in NYC. He then launched and led an advisory and executive search service in the placement of over 2,000 business leaders across multiple industries. Ron's firm was ranked as the #1 revenue producing firm in Southern California.
Ron has had continuous demonstrated success in the “People Business” from early years in the music industry to specializing in advisory and executive search services. He has directly and indirectly been responsible for the successful placement of over 2000 leaders in all industries. Since 2002, he has expanded his practice to include leadership roles and organizational consulting with global/national/regional faith-based marketplace organizations.
Over the past 20 years, Ron has served in both leadership and organizational consulting roles with global, national and regional faith-based marketplace platforms. He currently serves as Executive Director of Expansion for a nationally recognized faith-based employee care platform serving over 5,000 worksites with over 1,800 professionally trained chaplains.
Ron is blessed with a wonderful wife of 41+ years, 2 adult children with spouse, and 2 amazing special grandkids, based in Franklin, TN.
